This is €4.20 per person and per day and is charged in addition to the room rate.

- Short stay surcharge (up to 2 days): €11.50 per person/day
- Single room supplement: €20.00 per day (double room 30 m²)
- If staying with breakfast only (no half-board) or if half-board is cancelled by 9:00 a.m., €10.00 will be deducted from the half-board price
- The reservation is only valid upon receipt of a deposit of €500.00 per room.
For triple and quadruple rooms, children staying in the parents’ room(partly with combined living/sleeping area) receive reduced rates with half-board and indoor pool use included.

For fixed reservations, we kindly ask for a deposit of €500.00. You will receive the necessary bank details from us. In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the room price from/until the agreed date. The deposit equals the cancellation fee. If you make a follow-up booking (minimum 6 days) within the same calendar year, the retained cancellation fee will be credited.
